    产品简介：ZG系列超重力精馏机是一种新型高效精馏设备，由浙江工业大学分离工程研究所发明与杭州科力化工设备有限公司共同研制。该设备由一个或多个高速旋转的转子组成，气液以逆向折流方式流经转子，进行接触传质，1.5米高的ZG系列超重力精馏机相当于15米高的常用精馏塔，是对传统的板式塔、填料塔的重大突破，由***专家组鉴定，产品达到国际先进水平（专利号：ZL011343214）。已列入国家创新基金重点扶持项目。
    适用范围：由于该设备具有体积小、重量轻、生产效率高、占地面积少、设备投资省、操作维护方便、安全可靠等优点。可广泛应用于化工、石油化工、制药、轻工等企业的精馏、吸收、解吸、除尘等多种化工单元操作和由传递过程控制的化学反应过程中，己成功应用于乙醇、甲醇、丙酮、四氢呋喃、二氯甲烷等有剂溶剂的回收及产品分离提纯。
    主要材质：本机采用的主要材质，可根据介质的腐蚀性可分别选用碳钢或不锈钢。

    Introduction: ZG rotating bed is a new king of high gravity equipment for mass transfer between gas and liquid,which was invented by Institute of Separation Engineering,Zhejiang University of Technology,and manufactured by Hangzhou Keli Chemical Industry Equipment Limited Company.ZG rotating bed consists of mono-or multi-rotors.Gas and liquid flow zigzag through the rotors countercurrently and carry out mass transfer.In ZG rotating bed,gas and liquid contact intensively,and the mass transfer rate can be increased greatly.It is a breakthrough for traditional plate and packed columns.ZGrotating bed of 1.5 meter high can achieve the separation ability which traditional plate of packed columns of 15 meters high can achieve.ZGr rotating bed has obtained a patent(No.ZL01134321.4)
    Application: ZG rotating bed is small in volume,light in weight,in efficiency,saving in investment,convenient and safe in operation and maintenance. It can be applied to a lot of unit operations,e.g. Distillation,absorption,desorption and scrubbing in chemical petrochemical pharmaceutical and light industry,and to the reaction process controlled by mass transfer rate especially to the distillation of organic solvents of ethanol,methanol and acetone.
    Main material: The equipment can be made of carbon steels or stainless steels according to the corrosive nature of substances to be rteated.
